Services: Production
The production phase of a video is where the work gets physical. This is where we pull out the cameras, lights, sound recorders and other bits of hardware to acquire the raw footage and sound that will be used to produce the final video. After all of the planning during pre-production this is where we get our hands dirty.
Production taping will usually occur in one of two places: either on location or on a sound stage. Location shooting is often used for the "real world" impact that it can provide. Extra precautions need to be taken when shooting on location to insure a minimum of disruption to employees, productivity and the public in general but the resulting video can be well worth the effort. Taping in the studio gives the production the greatest control of the environment and allows for better "staging" than location shooting may offer. Though generally more expensive, a sound stage provides all of the requirements for producing just the right image for your finished video.
Whether on location or in a studio, Land's End Productions has the experience and expertise to make the quality acquisition of footage and sound both productive and efficient.
